FSSAI requires FBOs to update Form IX nominee details and modify Non-Form C details with auto-approval in FoSCoS from Feb 12, 2025.

FBOs must update Form IX nominee SEC Meetings details and business changes in FoSCoS. From Feb 12, 2025, Non-Form C modifications will Clinical Trials be auto-approved with no Medical Writing fee.
